Bronco's Season

One of the perks of living in Denver is that we live only 10 minutes away from Dove Valley where the Bronco's have their training camp. So we decided to go and check out the team.

Scott made sure to point out all the key players to Alec.

Alec skipped his nap since we decided to go last minute, so I thought that he was going to be a little cranky. He was the reverse! I have not seen him more smiley and full of giggles, he absolutely loved it! Alec was even begging to be on the squad. "Pick me, pick me!" It was a very proud moment for Scott.

Sunday was the Bronco's first preseason game. So of course we all had to get into our Bronco gear.

Alec's favorite player is Champ Bailey # 24.

Alec has really started to notice Cali and always wants to pet her. When we first brought him home from the hospital, I was paranoid about keeping the "germ infested" Cali away from him...I have since eased up on the idea that he will at some time in his life be exposed to germs!

Alec 6 Months

I can't believe that he is already 6 months! I am having a hard time keeping up with all the changes! Here are a few pictures of his latest and greatest.

He went swimming for the first time at Grammie Miller's house. I thought that he would only last for a few seconds before he started to cry. But he just seemed indifferent, and was more concerned about flirting with his Aunt Sena. He was in the water for about 45 minutes before he got bored and wanted to move onto the next activity. Hmmm...sounds a little like his mommy.

Despite our best efforts, he has yet to take a bottle or eat rice cereal. He is a man who knows what he likes, and that would be his mommy.

Smacking his lips, teasing us acting like he is ready for some food...

Getting pumped up with his game face on, "try me"...

Tight lipped and not having it. 'Till next time little man...

While visiting at Grammie's house, he conquered the straitjacket. He is so proud of himself when he breaks free.

He loves sitting in his Bumbo. He usually just sits there and watches me cook and clean. I love this chubby face!

All is right in his world, as long as he has his hand in his mouth.

We just love this little guy! And so does his little beagle Cali, who you can usually spot in almost every picture. I can't wait to see what the next months bring...while still enjoying this one of course!
